CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR STROKE PROJECT CAMPAIGN
The Stroke Project Campaign by VISHC (VinUni-Illinois Smart Health Center) is recruiting volunteers to support communication and booth activities promoting stroke prevention at VinUniversity (March to May 2026).

- Booth Crew (Booth Operator at Events):
– Number of positions available: Maximum 19
– Working period:
- Campaign 1: March 9, 2026 – March 28, 2026. Specifically:
- Preparation: March 9 – March 15
- Run (On-site): March 16 (Monday) – March 20 (Friday)
- Campaign 2: April 2026
- Campaign 3: May 2026
– Event duration: 3 days × 9 shifts/day = 27 shifts
– Candidate requirements:
+ Attend the training session (mandatory).
+ Work a minimum of 4 shifts out of the 27 shifts for each campaign (for Campaign 1 and 2).
+ Participation in Campaign 3 is mandatory. Campaign 3 will take place over one day, including preparation, setup, and approximately two hours of activity implementation. Each campaign will be converted into 8 hours of CSL (Cost Per Service). If the shift is longer (only counting Campaigns 1 and 2), the conversion will be: 1 hour shift = 30 minutes of CSL
+ Complete assigned preparatory tasks before the event (will be assigned by group)
+ Be on time, maintain a professional attitude, assist participants in using the app, and participate in fundraising activities at the booth
– Benefits:

Participation will depend on the timing and actual conditions of the program.

+ Awarded CSL hours (if requirements are met and performance is good; minimum 8 hours)
- CSL hours are equivalent to: 1 hour shift = 30 minutes of CSL
- “Behind the Scenes” Team:
– Recruitment period: March 2nd, 2026 – March 8th, 2026
– Working period: March 9, 2026 – May 31, 2026
– Number of recruits needed: 9 people, divided according to professional skills:
+ 2 Finance members (supporting financial management and monitoring fundraising items)
+ 2 HR members (supporting recruitment and managing the volunteer team, BTS team, and Ambassadors)
+ 3 Content members (designing posters, standees, infographics for the Campaign, writing post captions, etc.)
+ 2 Media members (photography, videography, and editing short videos for communications; the two media members will assist with photography to summarize activities at the booth and assist in designing posters, standees, and infographics for the campaign).
– Participation Requirements:
+ Experience/expertise in the assigned area
+ Commitment to completing tasks on time
+ Effective teamwork, coordinating with the project’s official team
+ Working throughout 3 campaigns:

- If rated Excellent: 8 hours of CSL/campaign
- If rated Good: 6 hours of CSL/campaign
- If rated Satisfactory: 4 hours of CSL/campaign
